Responsibility
- Prepare and lodge Australian tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Provide tax planning and compliance advice to Australian clients.
- Manage and reconcile financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with audits and tax investigations as required.
- Stay updated with changes in Australian tax legislation and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information.
- Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with Australian standards.
- Offer strategic tax advice to optimize clients' financial positions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Australian tax accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Australian tax laws and regulations.
- Experience with tax software and financial management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Certification such as CPA or CA is a plus.
