Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients in Bali’s hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors to expand the company’s portfolio.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, space requirements, and budget to develop tailored furniture solutions.
- Create and present mood boards, 3D renderings, and material samples to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Liaise with internal design and production teams to ensure seamless execution from concept to delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable materials, and emerging design technologies to offer cutting-edge solutions.
- Provide post-sales support, including installation oversight and client feedback collection to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to source high-quality materials and components.
- Document project progress, client interactions, and design specifications for internal records and future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in furniture consulting, interior design, or a client-facing sales role within the design industry.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D Max; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous furniture design projects, client presentations, or space planning work.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Passion for sustainable and locally sourced materials, with an understanding of Bali’s artisanal craftsmanship.
