Responsibility
- Develop innovative interior design concepts for hospitality and luxury residential projects.
- Create detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D renderings using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design integrity.
- Select and source high-quality materials, furnishings, and finishes within budget.
- Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Stay updated on global design trends and sustainable practices.
- Assist in site visits and project coordination as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design, preferably in hospitality or luxury residential sectors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical design skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of local and international design standards.
- Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
