Responsibility
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Create detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, and material selections.
- Work closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and 3D renderings to clients.
- Source and specify furniture, fixtures, and finishes that align with design concepts.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in residential or hospitality sectors.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and project types.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
