Responsibility
- Assist in creating and modifying 2D and 3D architectural drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Collaborate with senior draftsmen and architects to develop construction documents, floor plans, and elevations.
- Review and verify drawings for accuracy, compliance with standards, and client specifications.
- Organize and maintain digital project files, revisions, and documentation in a structured manner.
- Support the team in site visits and measurements to ensure drawings align with real-world conditions.
- Prepare presentation materials for client meetings and internal reviews.
- Assist in material takeoffs and cost estimations based on drafts and specifications.
- Stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in drafting and design.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) is a must; familiarity with 3D modeling tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Basic understanding of construction methods, building codes, and architectural standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio or samples of previous drafting or design work (academic or professional) is highly encouraged.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
