Responsibility
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for clinics and retail spaces.
- Create detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, and material selections.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Present design proposals to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Source and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with design concepts and budget constraints.
- Monitor project progress and address any design-related issues that arise during construction.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to continuously improve design solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in retail or healthcare environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent understanding of space planning, color theory, and material selection.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
