Responsibility
- Develop comprehensive interior design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations for residential and commercial projects.
- Manage end-to-end project workflows, from initial client consultations to final handover.
- Coordinate seamlessly with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure technical accuracy and construction quality.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and ensure adherence to design intent.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients to manage expectations and provide regular project updates.
- Source materials, furniture, and lighting solutions that align with the client’s vision and budget.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in interior design or project management.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit.
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential or commercial design projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local building regulations and safety standards in Singapore.
