As an Interior Designer at Kingsmen, you will play a pivotal role in shaping client experiences through high-impact design. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of architects, creative directors, and project managers to bring conceptual visions to life. We are looking for a true team player who possesses a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of spatial planning, and the ability to manage projects from initial brief to final execution.
Responsibility
- Develop conceptual design proposals, mood boards, and presentation materials for diverse projects.
- Translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic, and sustainable design solutions.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, technical specifications, and interior layouts using industry-standard software.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure material selection and finishing meet quality standards.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with internal project teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct site visits to supervise progress and ensure design intent is accurately executed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technological advancements in interior design.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in interior design, preferably within a design consultancy or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software (V-Ray or Enscape).
- Strong understanding of building codes, materials, lighting, and interior finishes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design concepts confidently to stakeholders.
- Proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
