Responsibility
- Prepare accurate architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections based on design specifications.
- Translate conceptual sketches into detailed technical documentation using CAD software.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure technical accuracy and project compliance.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all drafting standards are met throughout the design process.
- Attend site meetings and assist in conducting site inspections to verify drawing-to-build accuracy.
- Support the design team in preparing submission drawings for local authority approvals.
- Manage document revisions and update drawing sets in response to project feedback.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm’s CAD drafting library and standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an architectural practice (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or BIM software is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of construction details, building materials, and local authority submission standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret technical design concepts.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Malay.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.
