We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Junior Interior Design Executive to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Interior Design Executive, you will gain hands-on experience in the full project lifecycle, from initial space planning and mood board creation to technical documentation and site coordination. Responsibility
- Assist in the development of interior design concepts, space planning, and layout designs.
- Prepare professional-grade mood boards, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials for client meetings.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure material quality and project timelines are met.
- Perform site visits and inspections to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented.
- Maintain project documentation, including specifications, material schedules, and progress reports.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, materials, and sustainable building practices.
- Support the senior design team in administrative tasks and client communications.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1-2 years of relevant experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact with diverse clients.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.
