Responsibility
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design vision, preferences, and functional needs for residential, commercial, or hospitality spaces.
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts, including space planning, color schemes, furniture selection, and material specifications.
- Prepare detailed design proposals, mood boards, 3D renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Source and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and artisans to procure high-quality materials, furniture, and decor within budget.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring designs are executed on schedule and meet client expectations.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, sustainable materials, and innovative technologies in the interior design industry.
- Provide on-site supervision during installation phases to ensure design integrity and quality control.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or 3D visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and teams.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail, color, and spatial aesthetics.
- Flexibility to work on-site in various locations across Bali and adapt to evolving project requirements.
