Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data integration pipelines to support business operations.
- Implement ETL/ELT processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into target systems.
- Collaborate with data architects and analysts to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
- Optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and data loss.
- Document data mappings, transformations, and integration processes for future reference.
- Stay updated with emerging data integration technologies and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Integration Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data integration tools (e.g., Apache NiFi, Talend, Informatica).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.
- Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with global teams.
