Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate services.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and close sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

Qualifications
