Responsibility

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to streamline order workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and update customer records, order databases, and sales reports with precision.
  • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts to support the sales team.
  • Monitor order statuses and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
