Responsibility
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to streamline order workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain and update customer records, order databases, and sales reports with precision.
- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts to support the sales team.
- Monitor order statuses and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancing service quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
