Responsibility
- Support senior brokers in the placement of complex risks with various insurance providers.
- Prepare and compile detailed market submissions, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory and internal standards.
- Review and analyze insurance terms, conditions, and policy wording for accuracy and alignment with client needs.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with underwriters and key market stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end documentation processes, ensuring timely submission and follow-up.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and renewal reports.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to enhance our brokerage service offerings.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an insurance brokerage or underwriting support role.
- Strong understanding of general insurance products and market practices in Singapore.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
