Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on instrumentation systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair faulty instruments, including pressure gauges, flow meters, and control valves.
- Calibrate instruments according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and calibration data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements during all maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.
- Recommend improvements to instrumentation systems to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of industrial instrumentation systems, including sensors, transmitters, and control systems.
- Proficiency in using calibration tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISA, IEC, and ISO.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to document technical information accurately.
