Responsibility
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our engineering solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to position our solutions effectively.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotes, and contracts to support the sales process.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and training, to ensure customer success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
