Responsibility
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads through proactive outbound prospecting and market research.
- Strengthen the sales pipeline by managing end-to-end lead nurturing and follow-up processes.
- Collaborate with field sales teams and Account Managers to develop strategic account plans.
- Utilize CRM platforms to maintain accurate records of lead status, interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Conduct initial discovery calls and professional product presentations to prospective clients.
- Monitor and improve lead conversion rates through data-driven analysis and sales optimization.
- Support regional marketing campaigns by following up on event attendees and digital inquiries.
- Stay updated on Fujitsu’s evolving product portfolio and industry trends to provide expert consultation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in the IT/Technology sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales activity targets and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on pipeline metrics and conversion optimization.
- A resilient, proactive, and self-motivated attitude toward sales challenges.
- Ability to commit to a 1-year contract duration; immediate availability is a plus.
