Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to standard recipes and special guest requests.
- Develop and innovate signature cocktails and drink menus that reflect the hotel’s unique brand and local flavors.
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests, ensuring a memorable and engaging bar experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to coordinate bar operations, promotions, and events.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address feedback, and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
- Stay updated on the latest mixology trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and hotel policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, upscale hotel, bar, or restaurant.
- Proven expertise in mixology, with a strong portfolio of creative cocktail recipes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic accounting for bar operations.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is highly desirable.
