Responsibility
- Design and implement end-to-end innovation programs aligned with organizational goals and market demands.
- Lead cross-functional teams in brainstorming, prototyping, and piloting new solutions, products, or processes.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the industry.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for innovation initiatives, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in, resources, and funding for high-potential projects.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of innovation programs using KPIs, metrics, and feedback loops.
- Facilitate workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster an innovative mindset across the organization.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, IoT) and assess their applicability to business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in innovation management, digital transformation, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of leading successful innovation projects from ideation to implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and align diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA) and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup).
- Experience in ICT, fintech, or financial services is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
