Responsibility
- Lead and mentor technical teams to deliver enterprise-grade infrastructure and AI solutions, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and post-deployment support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, architecture, and roadmaps for network and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure operational excellence by monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing proactive maintenance strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize infrastructure efficiency, scalability, and security.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes to secure high-quality resources and services.
- Develop and enforce best practices, policies, and procedures for infrastructure management and service delivery.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in infrastructure management, technical delivery, or network engineering, with a focus on enterprise solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of network architectures, cloud computing, and AI infrastructure technologies.
- Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, AWS, Azure) are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ITIL, Agile, or other project management methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
