Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable network and server infrastructure to support business operations.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity protocols are in place, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and data encryption.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies and optimize existing systems for efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments for seamless scalability.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on infrastructure-related queries.
- Document processes, configurations, and procedures for knowledge sharing and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems/network engineering or infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and server administration (Windows/Linux).
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or ITIL are highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
