Responsibility
- Manage and maintain server, network, and storage infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design, deploy, and optimize infrastructure solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, conduct regular audits, and implement best practices.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting and configuration management tools.
- Provide technical support for infrastructure-related incidents and escalations.
- Document infrastructure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Administrator or similar role in a financial or enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of server, network, and storage technologies (e.g., Windows/Linux servers, VMware, Cisco).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation.
- Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global teams.
