Responsibility
- Oversee and manage relationships between employees, management, and labor unions to ensure a harmonious work environment.
- Develop and implement industrial relations policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Conduct regular meetings with employee representatives and union leaders to address grievances and negotiate collective bargaining agreements.
- Investigate and resolve workplace conflicts, disputes, and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Provide guidance and training to management and employees on labor laws, company policies, and best practices in industrial relations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all local, regional, and national labor regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and execute employee engagement initiatives that enhance morale and productivity.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to industrial relations activities, incidents, and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial relations, labor law, or a similar HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in negotiating with labor unions and resolving employee disputes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software is a plus.
