Responsibility
- Analyze and evaluate current production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement optimized workflow systems to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics, KPIs, and data-driven reports to monitor process effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of improvements.
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
- Conduct time and motion studies to standardize work procedures and improve ergonomics.
- Recommend and oversee the implementation of new technologies, tools, or automation solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and automation technologies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
