Responsibility
- Assist in managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Support the sales team in processing orders, preparing quotes, and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO-optimized content.
- Create engaging content (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, product descriptions) to enhance brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute promotional activities and sales initiatives.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
