Responsibility
- Conduct daily income audits to ensure accuracy in revenue reporting.
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with front office and sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for management review.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and accounting standards.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial audits.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in income audit or accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry accounting practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
