Responsibility
- Lead guided tours for Mandarin-speaking visitors, providing insightful commentary on Bali’s history, culture, and landmarks.
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all tour participants throughout the journey.
- Coordinate with drivers, hotels, and local vendors to maintain smooth logistics and timely itineraries.
- Assist guests with translations, recommendations, and personalized travel advice to enhance their experience.
- Handle emergency situations or unexpected changes with professionalism and quick problem-solving.
- Promote WITA Tour’s services and uphold the company’s reputation through exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on Bali’s latest attractions, events, and travel trends to provide current and relevant information.
- Collect feedback from guests and report insights to improve future tour offerings.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English and/or Indonesian is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a tour guide, preferably in inbound tourism for Chinese-speaking markets.
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s geography, culture, and tourism industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
- Valid tour guide license (preferred) or willingness to obtain one.
- Flexible schedule with availability for weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
