Responsibility
- Monitor and secure all assigned assets, including cash, valuables, and sensitive documents, ensuring their integrity at all times.
- Control and verify access to restricted areas, maintaining accurate logs of all entries and exits.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and deter potential security threats or unauthorized activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, following established protocols to mitigate risks.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and documentation for any security breaches, discrepancies, or unusual occurrences.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and internal teams to investigate and resolve security-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and local laws governing security operations.
- Operate and maintain security equipment, such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security (e.g., SATPOL PP, Gada Pratama) is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in security, law enforcement, or a related field, preferably in financial or high-risk environments.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to identify and assess potential security risks.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects (up to 20 kg), and respond to emergencies.
- Familiarity with security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control, is highly desirable.
- Integrity, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
