Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand CIMBâs client base in Bali, including SMEs, startups, and established enterprises.
- Cross-sell CIMBâs banking products and services, such as loans, deposits, wealth management, and digital banking solutions.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess financial health, provide advisory services, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, risk, and product specialists, to deliver seamless and efficient banking experiences.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining compliance with CIMBâs policies and regulatory requirements.
- Represent CIMB at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, corporate banking, or financial services, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of banking products, including loans, deposits, trade finance, and wealth management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, manage a diverse client portfolio, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools; familiarity with digital banking platforms is a plus.
- Certifications such as CFA, CFP, or other relevant financial qualifications are advantageous.
