Responsibility
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive the growth of SPay Later.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with product teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Manage and optimize consumer growth initiatives to increase user acquisition and retention.
- Work closely with management consulting teams to refine business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of business initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including partners and customers.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus.
