Responsibility
- Lead and mentor store teams through hands-on training and coaching to enhance performance and confidence.
- Drive sales growth by implementing effective retail strategies and fostering a customer-centric culture.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high service standards and resolving inquiries professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and optimize product displays to maximize sales.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve operational targets and maintain store presentation standards.
- Train new hires on company policies, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Uphold brand values and promote a positive, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
- Passion for coaching and developing teams to achieve their full potential.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of retail management software and POS systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
