Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitive opportunities in Bali’s real estate market.
- Present and promote property listings to potential buyers through consultations, site visits, and digital platforms.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional materials.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on local zoning laws, property regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, real estate, or customer service (preferably in property sales).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with Bali’s property market and local areas is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
- Willingness to travel across Bali’s key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
