Responsibility
- Conduct regular patrols around the premises to ensure safety, security, and physical integrity of the property.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and respond promptly to any security breaches or unusual activities.
- Manage access control at entry and exit points, including registering visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, incidents, or medical situations in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine checks on fire safety equipment, security systems, and hazard reporting.
- Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift handovers using digital security systems.
- (For SSO) Lead shift teams, supervise Security Officers, and coordinate incident responses effectively.
Qualifications
- Valid PLRD (Police Licensing and Regulatory Department) License is mandatory.
- Possess relevant WSQ/NSRS security modules (SO: 2 modules / SSO: 4 modules including 'Supervise Security Officer' or equivalent).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in security operations (experience in in-house environments is a plus).
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (Day or Night shift rosters available).
- Basic computer literacy for operating visitor management systems and writing digital reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Physical fitness and alertness to perform patrolling duties effectively.
