PT Elefan Adiwidia Bentala is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SIMRS Implementator to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will play a critical part in digital transformation within the healthcare sector, ensuring that hospital management systems are deployed effectively to improve operational efficiency and patient care quality.
You will serve as the bridge between our technical solutions and hospital staff, managing the full implementation lifecycle from initial setup to user training and go-live support. We are looking for someone who excels at problem-solving, possesses strong communication skills, and is dedicated to providing high-quality technical support in a fast-paced medical environment.
Responsibility
- Lead the full-cycle implementation of Hospital Management Information Systems (SIMRS) at client locations.
- Conduct professional training sessions for medical staff and hospital administrators on system workflows.
- Provide on-site and remote support during the go-live phase to ensure smooth system transition.
- Identify and troubleshoot functional or technical issues that arise during implementation.
- Collaborate closely with internal developers to relay user feedback and improve system functionality.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive user manuals and implementation documentation.
- Manage project timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in system implementation, preferably within the healthcare or hospital industry.
- In-depth knowledge of SIMRS (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit) workflows is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into user-friendly instructions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively train diverse groups of hospital staff.
- Ability to travel and work on-site at client hospitals within the Jakarta area.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work under pressure during go-live projects.
