Responsibility
- Lead the implementation of warehouse automation projects, including robotic systems, in the SEA region.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their operational needs and customize automation solutions.
- Conduct on-site installations, testing, and troubleshooting of robotic systems.
- Provide technical training and support to clients and internal teams.
- Work closely with the engineering and product teams to refine and improve automation solutions.
- Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met with high-quality standards.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in warehouse automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing automation or robotic systems, preferably in logistics or warehousing.
- Strong technical skills in robotics, PLC programming, or industrial automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ability to travel within the SEA region for project implementations and client meetings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
