Responsibility
- Design and develop BMS and ELV system architectures for commercial and residential buildings.
- Integrate and commission Extra-Low Voltage systems, including fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and lighting solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and technical assessments for new projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in BMS and ELV systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and system manuals.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in smart building automation and electronic engineering.
- Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on system operation and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in BMS and ELV system design, integration, and commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., IEC, ISO) and local regulations.
- Proficiency in CAD software and BMS programming tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
