Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end software implementation projects for RealPage clients, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, addressing inquiries and providing expert guidance.
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify client needs and configure RealPage solutions accordingly.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions and documentation to empower clients in utilizing the software effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation-related issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RealPage products and industry best practices to provide accurate and insightful recommendations.
- Document project progress, client feedback, and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or a similar role within the real estate or property management industry.
- Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or training sessions.
