Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with global teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize ServiceNow performance.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Develop and maintain scripts (JavaScript, GlideScript) to automate processes and improve system efficiency.
- Ensure security and compliance by implementing best practices for access control, data protection, and audit trails.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and stakeholders.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures for knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD modules.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, UI Policies, Business Rules).
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, web services).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
