Responsibility
- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and mentor a team of enterprise sales professionals to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Strategic Sales: Lead end-to-end sales cycles for complex IT solutions, including GIS, spatial analytics, and enterprise software.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in enterprise accounts.
- Deal Negotiation: Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and proposal development to close high-value deals.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali and across Indonesia to drive regional growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales strategies with customer needs.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics, forecast revenue, and implement data-driven improvements to team performance.
- Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of trends in GIS, IT enterprise solutions, and digital transformation to position Esri as a thought leader.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 7+ years in enterprise sales, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role (IT, SaaS, or GIS industries preferred).
- Sales Excellence: Track record of closing complex deals (USD 250K+ or equivalent) and exceeding quotas in B2B environments.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of enterprise software, spatial analytics, or geospatial technology (Esri products a plus).
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and drive accountability in a high-pressure setting.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to present to executives and technical audiences.
- Strategic Thinking: Adept at developing go-to-market strategies and tailoring solutions to client pain points.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Business, IT, Geography, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel 20-30% within Indonesia and occasionally internationally.
