Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security standards.
- Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to enhance security posture and compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities in identity management systems and recommend mitigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and privileged access management (PAM) solutions.
- Provide strategic consulting to clients on cybersecurity best practices, emerging threats, and IAM trends (e.g., Zero Trust, Identity Threat Detection).
- Oversee the deployment of cloud-based IAM solutions (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint) and hybrid environments.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning in cybersecurity and IAM disciplines.
- Stay ahead of industry developments by researching new technologies, tools, and methodologies in identity security.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cybersecurity Consulting, or Security Architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing IAM solutions (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, SCIM).
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Hands-on experience with cloud IAM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, Forgerock) and SIEM tools.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or vendor-specific IAM certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator) are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to engage with C-level executives and technical teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment with a focus on delivering high-impact results.
