Responsibility
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes in health status.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Operate and maintain advanced medical equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, recovery processes, and post-discharge care.
- Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing license and registration in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU or critical care nursing.
- Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in using ICU equipment and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
