Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance service quality and compliance with local and international healthcare standards.
- Lead, mentor, and train a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and cost control, to ensure the clinic’s profitability and sustainability.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including licensing, accreditation, and health & safety protocols.
- Drive patient satisfaction by resolving escalations, gathering feedback, and implementing service enhancements.
- Collaborate with medical directors and specialists to align clinical practices with organizational goals and patient needs.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships to maintain adequate supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinic or hospital management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in operational optimization, staff management, and regulatory compliance in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, EMR systems, and healthcare IT solutions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and experience working in international or expat-focused clinics is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a patient-first mindset.
