Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable ICT infrastructure solutions to support platform operations and applications.
- Conduct comprehensive infrastructure architecture reviews and provide expert recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of systems.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure-related issues to minimize downtime and enhance system reliability.
- Implement and manage cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to improve agility and cost-efficiency.
- Develop and enforce infrastructure best practices, policies, and security protocols.
- Automate repetitive tasks using scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in infrastructure capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an ICT Infrastructure Engineer, Systems Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong expertise in network design, server management, virtualization, and storage systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet).
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, firewalls, VPNs, and data protection measures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams.
