Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality ice cream, desserts, and beverages according to company standards and recipes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic store environment, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
- Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies, monitoring product levels, and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, especially during peak hours.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and store events to contribute to a positive and productive work culture.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese) are a bonus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
