Responsibility
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high morale.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as local regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, supplier relationships, and budget adherence to optimize resource allocation.
- Create and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain loyal patrons.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally to uphold the restaurantās reputation.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and menu innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a multicultural team.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Passion for delivering high-quality customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Familiarity with POS systems, reservation platforms, and other restaurant management software.
