Responsibility
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to visualize key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for business initiatives.
- Apply AI and machine learning techniques to enhance predictive modeling, automation, and decision-making processes.
- Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis and reporting.
- Automate data workflows and reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort using Python, SQL, or R.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats to support data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and AI to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of projects or dashboards.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, including predictive modeling and natural language processing (NLP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment, with strong self-management and collaboration skills.
