Responsibility
- Operate and maintain SKM plants, chillers, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide standby support and emergency response for HVAC-related issues.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Generate detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Assist in training junior technicians and sharing best practices.
- Monitor system performance and recommend efficiency enhancements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SKM plants, chillers, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including standby shifts.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Bali.
