Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HVAC and appliance products, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to product functionality, parts compatibility, and system integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and customer service, to streamline support processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC/appliance products, parts, and industry trends to provide accurate and timely solutions.
- Assist in the development and documentation of technical guides, manuals, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular assessments of product performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Support the procurement and inventory management of HVAC/appliance parts to ensure availability and minimize downtime.
- Participate in product testing and quality assurance initiatives to identify and address potential issues before market release.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC, appliance support, or a related technical role.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, appliance mechanics, and parts compatibility.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with product documentation, technical writing, or training material development is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
