Responsibility
- Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Coupa systems to align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business processes and ERP system needs.
- Ensure system governance, compliance, and data integrity across all ERP modules.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT teams for timely resolutions.
- Develop and deliver training programs and user documentation to enhance system adoption and proficiency.
- Participate in ERP upgrade projects, testing, and deployment to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into system usage, efficiency, and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP trends, best practices, and SAP updates to recommend enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ERP systems, with hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or Coupa.
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance, HR, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven ability to analyze complex systems, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in system configuration, testing, and user support is highly desirable.
- Certifications in SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors) will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, contract-based role with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.
